Our Boot Camp usually focuses on using body weight exercises. This makes it a wonderful FUNCTIONAL activity. Instead it’s much more important to be able to hop, skip, leap and lunge your way across a grassy hill. The strength you build in a Boot Camp environment will help you in everyday life from climbing stairs to carrying kids to lugging luggage. In addition, the added muscle mass will increase your metabolism.
Boot camp will also make you do intense cardiovascular interval training therefore helping your heart and lungs. Interval training will improve your long term endurance training as well (for anyone attempting to run a marathon). This cardio combined with the functional strength training will kick you into the best shape of your life.
