Trainer Bios

Mark J. Camacho

markAfter finishing college with a B.S. in Business Administration and working in the marketing/sales industry for a few years I realized that I was not passionate about my career. Something was missing. Exercise and nutrition had been interests of mine for several years, so I decided to hit the books to earn my certification as a Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

I was able to align my enthusiasm for fitness with a professional certification so that I would be able to be passionate about my career while sharing it with others. I firmly believe that EVERYONE can achieve their dreams.

Regardless if your goals are Fat Burning, Toning, Performance Enhancement, Flexibility or Strength and Conditioning, I will provide you with a strategy to make those dreams become a reality.

I recognize that with the demanding lifestyles we lead, most individuals don’t believe they have enough time to juggle both, their busy schedules and their own health, fitness and well being at the same time.

I am here to show you how you can look good and feel good while still working and playing hard! I work with you every step of the way to ensure you get maximum results in the short amount of time given to you, by designing programs that make sure you are using your time in the gym as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Chad's Philosophies on Fitness and Life: "My job as a personal trainer is to energize your workouts to take you to the next level, and push you to accomplish things you did not think you could do. I perform these tasks by encouragement, motivation and consistent follow up. I care about you and the goals you have set for yourself. Your goal becomes my goal and we work as a team to see results. I hope I can assist you in making fitness a way of your life!"

Jenny Palamar

chadFitness has been my passion for the last ten years. After the birth of my first son, I got involved in a fit and healthy lifestyle, fueled by my desire to set a good example and take optimal care of myself and my family.

Along the way I discovered many activities I enjoyed, as well as achieved several goals such as earning a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, competing in a women’s fitness competition, and qualifying for the Boston Marathon. I received my Personal Training instruction and certification through the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas.

I also am certified in Red Cross CPR, AED, and First Aid. I also have extensive experience in martial arts, distance running, weight lifting, and soccer. To me, fitness should be fun and challenging. I like to help people set new goals and work to achieve them.

Whether the goal is losing weight and getting in shape, getting stronger and fitter for sports, or setting sights on a challenge such as a 5K or marathon, I want to help you achieve it!

Massage & Yoga

Destry TurnerI went to massage school at the BodyMind Academy in Seattle, WA. During the past 13 years I have taken many hours of continuing education, worked all over the world & in many different environments. In 2004, I moved to Thailand to learn Thai massage. In 2002, I did my yoga teacher training in California with Tim Miller. Later I completed my 200 hour teacher training thru YogaWorks.
